Sehatnama Booklet
This new health education booklet will continue to be distributed free of cost at medical camps and on as needed basis at request of different organizations. We will look for any sponsor’s or donors to help with our goal to make this book available in all over 10000 villages in Punjab, India and some areas of Himachal Pradesh.

TIMELINE OF EVENTS
December & January, 2005-2006
The new Sehatnama was also introduced to the board members, which have more chapters and broader approach to different areas of health care with inclusion of dental health, and yoga exercises beside healthy living. A good friend of Sahiata members ,Mr. Jadwinder Singh from Distt. Moga distributed 1000 copies of health education booklet Sehatnama at a function run by their family trust.
December 22, 2005
New version of Sehatnama (Sahaita’s Booklet of Preventative medicine in Punjabi) has been printed. This will cover broad range of topics including role of Exercise, Yoga and Alternative medicine remedies and covers important diseases, which are prevalent in India. Booklet also describes how to safeguard and take care of simple problems and when to seek advise of a Physician. The book will be distributed at Medical camps and on demand and donations from Individuals and other organizations.

Sahaita is currently distributing "Sehatnama" a booklet that describes some diseases and how to help prevent them. The booklet will be distributed free throughout Punjab at medical camps. With more donations, the booklet can be distributed throughout Punjab.
